How to Change or Cancel My Order?
We process orders quickly so you can get your items as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order:
Within 24 hours of purchase:
- Email us at contact@kovoapex.com.
- We’ll try to modify or cancel your order if it hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
After 24 hours or once shipped:
- Orders can no longer be changed or canceled. You may still return your order after delivery by following our Return Policy.
Tip: Before checking out, double-check your shipping address, size, and items to avoid errors.
What is your Retun Policy?
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Bumpbabe items. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- Return requested within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate wear (bras, shapewear, nursing wear)
- Accessories
- Clearance or final-sale items
How do I return an item?
Starting a return is easy. Just email contact@kovoapex.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
We’ll review your request and send you return instructions, including the return address. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet.
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, here’s what to do:
- Check your tracking link — it’s in your shipping email.
- If your package is still within the 10-business-day window, please allow a few more days.
- If it’s 3–5 business days past the estimated delivery date, email us — we’ll contact our logistics team.
- If your order is over 5 business days late, we may send a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection:
- Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to reflect it.
What is considered as Product Issue or Defect (SNAD Return)?
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email contact@kovoapex.com
- Include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
Once verified, we’ll send you a free replacement. If you prefer, you may also return the item for a full refund once it reaches our warehouse.
How to change my address if my address Is Incorrect?
Entered the wrong address? Don’t worry — here’s what to do:
- Before shipping: Email contact@kovoapex.com immediately with your correct address.
- After shipping: Unfortunately, we can’t change the address once it’s in transit.
If the package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee will apply.
My Tracking Says “Delivered” But I Didn’t Receive Anything
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early or leave them in safe places. Try the following:
- Check with neighbors, family members, or building staff.
- Call or visit your local post office with your tracking number.
- If it’s still missing, contact us at contact@kovoapex.com with your order details.
